Yasmine was an absolute lifesaver from the very first time I spoke with her. I planned the majority of my wedding myself, but towards the end, I got overwhelmed and hired her for day-of coordination. I immediately felt comfortable with her, and she jumped right in and took care of things I hadn't even thought of. When my cousin/bridesmaid ended up with Covid 2 days before the wedding, Yasmine first listened to my complete meltdown, then helped me come up with an alternative solution and it ended up working out perfectly. I couldn't have done it without her! She is worth her weight in gold, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

Yasmine, owner of Perfectly Planned by Yas, and her assistance helped us make our day everything we had hoped for. Our wedding took place on the beautiful grounds of my in-law’s, and we had taken care of majority of the large details like hiring vendors including food truck, DJ, photographers, purchasing decorations, etc. Yasmine was hired as a month of coordinator to help finalize all details leading up to the wedding and she surpassed our expectations. From day one she was available to answer questions we had about hiring various vendors, provided guidance on ceremony procession, and created a wedding day timeline which was provided to all vendors on the day of the wedding. Yasmine ensured our wedding day went as scheduled. Our biggest concern of having the wedding at our in-laws was that family and friends would be working the wedding, instead of enjoying the party. Yasmine made sure that this did not occur by managing and directing hired staff on refilling beverages, clearing plates and waste around the reception area, ensuring bartender was informed of signature cocktail serving exceptional drinks, and vendors responsibilities were fulfilled. Our food truck arrived late on the day of the wedding and Yasmine presented with no signs of concern to me, I was truly unaware. To overcome the delay in their arrival, she adjusted well and provided a slow progression to the truck for food which in the end caused no delay to our original timeline. Before this day even came, we had a quick rehearsal, and I knew she would be great from the way she instructed our family and friends on the ceremony progression practice. She was professional, kind, yet assertive, and let’s be honest, some of our family needed it. I would highly recommend Yasmine and Perfectly Planned by Yas, she truly takes on your special day as it is her own in hopes of making it stress free while bringing to life all your wedding day dreams.

My husband and I booked Yasmine as our day-of coordinator but you really start getting her support about a month before the wedding. Leading up to the wedding, however, we had a number of vendors pull out and Yasmine was there to help immediately.
She is not just a planner, she becomes you best advocate, confidant, and friend throughout the whole planning process. Even with some (major) hiccups, she worked her magic like a pro and made sure my husband and I could enjoy our big day to it's fullest.
Yasmine's two sidekicks, Cindy and Alexia, were equally rockstars. The definition of a dream team. Cindy actually referred me to Yasmine and Yasmine brought Cindy in to help set up day-of which was wonderful! Alexia is such a sweetheart. She made sure I had what I needed when I needed it and if I wanted anything else.
Yasmine's planning packages are extremely well priced compared to the service she actually provides you. This woman puts her whole self into making sure her brides have nothing to worry about. I could not have asked for a better person to execute and make my dream wedding a reality. There is not enough thanks I could give to her!

In all the chaos that is planning a wedding, the greatest thing I did for myself was hiring Yasmine as our coordinator. From the moment we hired her she was answering texts about random things at all hours and always went above and beyond, one time joining us at a meeting with our caterer to ask her own questions and make sure he had her info just in case. The timeline she put together from all of our vendors was down to the minutes of when everything would happen, and when an unexpected wrench was thrown at our reception she was right there handling it and making sure it didn’t get any bigger. Had she not been there I’m not sure how I would have handled that situation by myself. The rest of our night was so beautiful and she took care of literally everything. I am eternally grateful for her love and wisdom and expertise she provided us during this crazy season!

My husband and I couldn’t be any more grateful for this wonderful and amazing planning team. We didn’t know where to begin once engaged, and realizing how much time and dedication wedding planning involved we knew we needed help; not to mention we were traveling from NYC. Yasmine was the perfect fit for us. From the smallest details to the biggest must haves, she ensured we had everything we needed. She was such a joy, knowledgeable, and super professional. She always kept in communication throughout the entire process. Even when we just wanted to communicate our concerns or worries, she reassured us and found better options. She also made sure we stayed within our budget, which is so important as weddings are truly expensive.
On the day of our wedding, FL weather decided to do its own thing and switch up on us, but Yas and her team moved quickly to move the ceremony indoors, and it was absolutely even better than we could’ve imagined. I cannot recommend Yasmine enough to help plan your wedding!! We booked her as our month of coordinator and she went above and beyond for us. She helped our One Piece themed wedding reception come to life. After our phone call, I knew I couldn’t book a different planner. She was always checking on us and making sure everything was set for us. We wouldn’t have survived our wedding day without Yasmine and her hubby! She really helped bring the whole vendor team together. It always felt like I was talking to one of my friends when I was with Yasmine, she made everything so easy for us. I can’t thank her enough for everything she did. Not to mention, she got us the coolest wedding gift ever. It went straight to our shelves as decor and reminder of how awesome she was to us!
