Yasmine was an absolute lifesaver from the very first time I spoke with her. I planned the majority of my wedding myself, but towards the end, I got overwhelmed and hired her for day-of coordination. I immediately felt comfortable with her, and she jumped right in and took care of things I hadn't even thought of. When my cousin/bridesmaid ended up with Covid 2 days before the wedding, Yasmine first listened to my complete meltdown, then helped me come up with an alternative solution and it ended up working out perfectly. I couldn't have done it without her! She is worth her weight in gold, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

My wedding could not have gone any smoother. Yas made me feel special and taken care of during each conversation we had prior to the wedding. She gave me so many ideas and helpful tips that went above and beyond the scope of her role. On the wedding day I had no worries that she had everything handled. She was organized and kept a tight schedule. All of my family loved her and even the vendors had nothing but amazing things to say about her. Yasmine was absolutely incredible in helping us plan our beautiful wedding! She helped put us at ease every step of the way. Yasmine, owner of Perfectly Planned by Yas, and her assistance helped us make our day everything we had hoped for. Our wedding took place on the beautiful grounds of my in-law’s, and we had taken care of majority of the large details like hiring vendors including food truck, DJ, photographers, purchasing decorations, etc. Yasmine was hired as a month of coordinator to help finalize all details leading up to the wedding and she surpassed our expectations. From day one she was available to answer questions we had about hiring various vendors, provided guidance on ceremony procession, and created a wedding day timeline which was provided to all vendors on the day of the wedding. Yasmine ensured our wedding day went as scheduled. Our biggest concern of having the wedding at our in-laws was that family and friends would be working the wedding, instead of enjoying the party. Yasmine made sure that this did not occur by managing and directing hired staff on refilling beverages, clearing plates and waste around the reception area, ensuring bartender was informed of signature cocktail serving exceptional drinks, and vendors responsibilities were fulfilled. Our food truck arrived late on the day of the wedding and Yasmine presented with no signs of concern to me, I was truly unaware. To overcome the delay in their arrival, she adjusted well and provided a slow progression to the truck for food which in the end caused no delay to our original timeline. Before this day even came, we had a quick rehearsal, and I knew she would be great from the way she instructed our family and friends on the ceremony progression practice. She was professional, kind, yet assertive, and let’s be honest, some of our family needed it. I would highly recommend Yasmine and Perfectly Planned by Yas, she truly takes on your special day as it is her own in hopes of making it stress free while bringing to life all your wedding day dreams.

Yasmine and her team were amazing throughout our wedding experience. My husband and I booked Yasmine as our day-of coordinator but you really start getting her support about a month before the wedding. Leading up to the wedding, however, we had a number of vendors pull out and Yasmine was there to help immediately.
She is not just a planner, she becomes you best advocate, confidant, and friend throughout the whole planning process. Even with some (major) hiccups, she worked her magic like a pro and made sure my husband and I could enjoy our big day to it's fullest.
Yasmine's two sidekicks, Cindy and Alexia, were equally rockstars. The definition of a dream team. Cindy actually referred me to Yasmine and Yasmine brought Cindy in to help set up day-of which was wonderful! Alexia is such a sweetheart. She made sure I had what I needed when I needed it and if I wanted anything else.
Yasmine's planning packages are extremely well priced compared to the service she actually provides you. This woman puts her whole self into making sure her brides have nothing to worry about. I could not have asked for a better person to execute and make my dream wedding a reality. There is not enough thanks I could give to her!
